Maintenance Mechanic Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires staying current with new products, equipment, technology, and techniques. The successful candidate will be a flexible, strong, and reliable support to company operations, contributing to organizational efficiency and fostering a pleasant work environment. Schedule: Shift: Different shifts available Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing maintenance requirements on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems. Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Use a variety of hand and power tools and handling equipment in performing duties. Follow all required work safe practices, including lock-out tag-out requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas. Stay abreast of new products, equipment, technology, and techniques. Skills and Experience Required for Success: Experience and Tools: Must have a minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have own tools. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other standards. Ability to quickly identify materials. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly. Must be able to pass Hazmat exam. Competencies: Integrity: Honest and ethical behavior. Self-Motivated: Driven to complete tasks independently and efficiently. Teamwork: Ability to work well with others to achieve common goals. Demonstrated prioritization and time management skills.
