Position: The West Broadway Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of initiatives, activities, and projects in support of collaborative work within the West Broadway corridor. This position carries a considerable amount of responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities associated with the West Broadway corridor including supporting the West Broadway Livability Coalition, and NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center’s activities at 800 West Broadway. The Coordinator will also be responsible to leverage and nurture relationships with other coalition partners, state and local officials, community organizations and community members that support the needs of the West Broadway corridor. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field, and three (3) years of community organizing, project management and/or leadership experience; or Associates Degree in Public Health, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field and five (5) years of community organizing, project management and or leadership experience; or a High School Diploma or GED, and seven (7) years of community organizing, project management and/or leadership experience. Familiarity with the geographic area and neighborhood with the ability to effectively communicate and partner with the community. Proven track-record in staff/volunteer supervision that supports the achievement of operational and programmatic excellence. Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing successful program design, implementation, and meeting outcome metrics. Ability to foster relationships established in collaboration, cross-functional engagement, connection with the community, teamwork, and building shared understanding or consensus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a multi-cultural environment and within multiple stakeholder groups. Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and ability to meet NorthPoint's driving standards. Flexibility to travel and work some evenings or weekends, as necessary. This position

requires

passing a State of Minnesota criminal background check.
