FYZICAL Sanibel is hiring a Part-Time Client Care Specialist to join our dedicated team as we restart our practice. Our Client Care Specialist is often the first point of contact, tasked with coordinating patient care and providing a seamless experience for new and existing clientele. This role requires exceptional customer service skills in combination with physician liaison and administrative duties, and we will provide training for the right candidate. Primary Responsibilities Include:Greet patients, visitors, and vendors upon arrival at clinicCollect new patient intake information and track referralsManage patient scheduling, enter appointment dates and times into computerized schedulerPhone, text, or email appointment remindersAnswer phone, respond to voicemail & email inquiries, or direct to appropriate partyCoordinate evaluations, appointment reminders, and cancelationsRecord when appointments have been filled or canceledUpon patient cancelation, inform scheduled therapist reason for cancelation and advise if patient has rescheduledVerify insurance, track covered/non-covered visits, take copayments, and ensure that any pre-authorizations are done promptlyCommunicate with Office Manager regarding appointments and scheduling issuesSend paperwork to insurance carriers for coordination of benefitsEnsure daily notes and billing codes are completed by each therapist daily and sent to billing companyOrder equipment and office/medical supplies as needed or directedUse social media platforms to market the clinicWillingness to assist therapist with set-up, clean-up, laundry, and light cleaning in the absence of an aideOther duties as assignedSuccessful Candidates Must Have:High school diploma or GED certificateValid driver's license and reliable transportationExceptional communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsAbility to handle multiple tasks at onceAbility to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environmentMust be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessaryPositive and empathetic attitude, willingness to help patients in painTeam player who can work in harmony with othersWhat We Offer: Toll ReimbursementRoom for Advancement & GrowthPossibility of full-time hours in the near futurePTO including vacation and holidaysContinuing Education Allowance if applicableMentorship ProgramOpportunities for professional development and leadershipValuable on-the-job trainingFYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers are a nationwide group of over 500 independently owned physical therapy clinics, with a focus on orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation.
