Senior Captive Consultant

Brown & Brown Risk Solutions is looking for a Senior Captive Consultant to work remotely with the National Captive team in Burlington, VT.

As a Senior Captive Consultant, you will be client-facing, providing strategic consulting to customers on their Captive insurance needs. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Preparing feasibility studies for prospective captive clients Preparing client and prospective presentations on clients Developing strategies for existing customer base Assessing prospective customer’s captive needs and determining appropriate structure

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are interested in speaking with candidates that have 5-8 years of experience working with Captive insurance programs.

Ability to develop and communicate innovation solutions Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field CPA or CA strongly preferred CPCU, ARM, ACI preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to establish work priorities and manage time effectively.
