* Requirement elicitation on region specific new ESP/IPB feature request coming from customer. • Collaborate with platform and system team to develop and implement the function. • local Integration of calibration Parameters and releasing test software for the Demo/POC purpose • Test and validate the function on vehicle along with customer and collect the inputs for future actions • Support CRAFT project implementation mainly to increase Simulation in calibration Qualifications

B.E. Mechnical Engineering Additional Information

Advanced knowledge of Business Processes (manufacturing / automobile) • Advanced knowledge on Accounting & Cost Accounting Standards • Basic knowledge on Indirect Taxation; Transfer Price guidelines • Advanced Knowledge on latest IT tools - SAP FI & CO, Office Automation tools & Digitization platforms • Basic Business Acumen skills: timely readiness of accurate data, future & result oriented. • Ability to adapt, handle dynamic working conditions/situation, flexible • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to handle conflicting situations with internal, external stake holders. • Must lead the team towards a conclusive decision with agreement from all members • AGILE, Quick learning ability for absorb & perform new techniques, soft tools • Ability to stay focused under stress and changing conditions • Language proficiency- English, Hindi, Marathi & German Fluency Preferred
