Master's Degree Responsibilities: Provide oversight of clinical and operational delivery of services. Provide focused leadership, support, and supervision to program staff. Ensure that all program line staff receive documented, regular supervision. Manage contracts, including regulatory requirements, relationships, outcomes, and coordination of billing. Create and maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive environment and treatment approach. Manage program budget. Provide on-call support and guidance as needed during emergencies. Qualifications: Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline and Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD). 6+ years of experience in providing clinical services to children and families. 4+ years of clinical and operational supervisory experience. Experience coaching and supporting managers and staff to meet productivity requirements. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car. Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
