Program Specialist - Accreditation and Assessment Join to apply for the Program Specialist - Accreditation and Assessment role at USC Marshall School of Business. Overview The Program SpecialistAccreditation and Assessment will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving processes and infrastructure for effective and efficient assessment of academic programs in the College of Business. Training in business school accreditation systems (AACSB) will be provided. The role includes data collection and analysis related to assessment of instructional and non-instructional activities of the College and campus-wide student services, as well as survey data from alumni, the Board of Advisors and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the Dean, Associate Deans, department chairs, academic program managers, faculty and staff to foster a culture of evidence with appropriate measures and indicators for planning, assessment and program effectiveness. Work with faculty and staff to develop and monitor student learning outcomes, create rubrics and set benchmarks. Coordinate the administration of national business tests and surveys of student learning, analyze data and write reports. Assist faculty with item analysis to determine the effectiveness of assessment tools. Serve as a point of contact with AACSB for Business and Accounting, as well as accrediting bodies for Health Informatics. Ensure collection and cataloging of syllabi for each semester with Chairs and program managers. Coordinate On-Site visits by Accreditation Evaluation teams and use data for accreditation reporting as needed. Support College of Business strategic planning efforts for program and student learning outcomes assessment. Attend conferences, workshops and seminars related to assessment and accreditation. Collaborate with leaders to create logos and marketing materials for College of Business groups. Monitor meetings and provide tech support via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Maintain and monitor email marketing via Constant Contact. Organize, plan and execute webinars for the College of Business. Assist in other College organization/centers activities and in recruiting efforts for the College of Business. Update website with correct flyers and update faculty/staff directory pages as needed.
