Responsibilities Drive company vehicles including water truck, vac truck, dump truck, fuel truck, etc. Distribute materials to appropriate job site locations according to project plans or specifications. Work with mechanics on general maintenance of commercial vehicles. Shovel and rake dirt, gravel, and concrete. Operate small equipment such as dozer, backhoe, and rollers, as needed. Direct vehicle traffic and signal equipment operators, as needed. Communicate effectively with other laborers, machine operators, and site management.
