ABOUT THE ROLE: The Project Manager supports the Director of Operations with both regional/national projects. In this role the Project Manager will lead projects across the BI, EHB and PCS business lines working with department leads and others to guarantee a successful on time outcome. These projects are crucial to creating better alignment, efficiencies, and essential best practices. Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. * Coordinate and prioritize project tasks to ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule. * Coordinating staff and internal resources. * Provide support to the project team, including assisting with goals and deliverables. * Perform queries (report system & Excel) and data analysis to determine issues, draw conclusions, problem solve and make recommendations. * Generate reports for data clean-up, quality control, data health check and data metrics. * Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. * Supports operational reporting changes/needs for field. * Compile, organize and assess operational data. * Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. * Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. * Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. * Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate). * All other duties as assigned.
