Inspired by the islands rich history and sense of adventure, a new Islamorada resort is coming ashore in 2024. An all-new Florida Keys experience awaits at Three Waters Resort & Marina, the bellwether of the Islamorada Resort Collection. This all-new resort features a world-class marina teeming with a fleet of experienced captains in the Sportfishing Capital of the World, 72 marina slips, 14 acres of beach and pool, nine new unique culinary destinations buzzing with energy, retail, and 214 island-chic luxurious waterfront rooms. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Very good computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus
