Industrial Cleaner

Starting Pay: $22/hr.
Day Shift: 7:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday- Friday

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? Midland Garage Door is seeking a motivated individual who thrives on initiative and takes pride in their work. As an Industrial Cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment across our facility.

Essential Duties:
  1. Cleaning of offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, and the manufacturing floor.
  2. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  3. Order cleaning, breakroom, and vending machine supplies.
  4. Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming all floors.
  5. Empty all trash daily.
  6. Clean and sanitize Break Room daily.
  7. Interior and exterior window cleaning.
  8. Restock vending machines as needed.
  9. Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.
  10. Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity.
  11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Competencies Required:
  • High attention to detail and reliability
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
Equipment/Software Used:
  • Various cleaning agents and sanitizers
  • Floor scrubber
