Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Administers employee benefit plan, retirement plan, leaves, unemployment, and workers compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related data.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual open enrollment process, providing information to employees and assisting with plan selections.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding their benefits, addressing inquiries and providing information on available programs.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits, ensuring company programs align with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of employee benefits information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data security standards.
  • Conduct employee education sessions on available benefits programs, ensuring understanding and utilization by employees.
  • Assist employees in resolving benefits-related issues, including claims and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze benefits-related reports for management, finance, and HR teams, contributing to effective budgeting and decision-making.
