Senior Solutions Architect

Design and architect all aspects of a Pl System Architecture and equivalent Operational Data Management Platform with various Cloud-based Infrastructures. Identify, analyze, and develop various software components to meet the requirements of the project. Develop and enhance functionality of the Pl data system or cloudbased data management platforms to meet project specifications. Develop functional specifications as it relates to software and hardware components. Work as a Project Technical Leader amongst several projects and hold project team accountable to approved design and implementation plans. Responsible for technical integrity and efficiency of the delivered solution. Ensure compliance with all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, including Cybersecurity practices and safety requirements. Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members. Communicate strategies for efficient data collection, data storage, and frameworks for data warehousing and data reporting. Define best practices for implementation of Cloud Based Data Management Platforms. Serve as the acting design authority for cloud data projects and participate as Subject Matter Expert discussions with clients around various Industrial Internet of Things Technologies, Software Solutions, and Cloud Infrastructures. Assist in developing detailed project execution plan describing all tasks necessary to complete implementation of Enterprise Aveva Pl Systems or cloud-based data management platforms. Participate in developing and maintaining documentation for the proposed and implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or directly related fields.
8 years with AVEVA PI Systems. 5 years’ experience in oil and gas industry as lead or having a senior role in deployment of PI systems.
Special Requirements: AVEVA PI Certification.
Travel Requirement: 25% Domestic Travel.
