Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in customer service or inside sales support, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Navision and Dynamics is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
