Wellpath serves a vast number of unique individuals in their facilities monthly, with a significant portion receiving direct clinical attention, including lives saved through Narcan.

Your Impact as a Nurse Supervisor:

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee the healthcare delivery system in your designated nursing unit.

You will assess patient health, establish goals, devise care plans, monitor progress, provide patient education, and ensure the competence of support staff.

Key Duties:
Ensure adherence to nursing plans, medical records, and referrals as per protocols.
Facilitate progressive patient care through teamwork and patient education.
Support the Director of Nursing in maintaining the clinical proficiency of nurses and ensuring compliance with licensure.
Identify and resolve potential issues, set priorities, and suggest corrective measures.

Supervise unit cleanliness, coordinate patient care with other departments, and manage adequate stock of medical supplies and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications & Prerequisites:
Education
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Experience
Preferably one year of clinical experience
Licenses/Certifications
Current RN licensure in the employing State required.
CPR certification acquisition and maintenance mandatory.
