Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and general inquiries
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting or exceeding individual performance targets
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
