The space has been given a new lease of life and is now part of the magical AIRE atmosphere.The Role:As a Housekeeper, you will uphold AIRE's exceptional standards of cleanliness and unparalleled customer service. Your responsibilities will include meticulously maintaining locker room supplies, managing laundry, and ensuring the locker room remains pristine throughout your shift. Additionally, you will provide a seamless client experience by assisting guests at the start and conclusion of their journey, preparing them to enter the bath area and attending to their needs as they complete their visit.Key Responsibilities: Extend a warm and gracious welcome to clients, guiding them through the locker room process and highlighting its features while attentively addressing their needs and requests.Collect used items such as robes, sandals, and towels, laundering them with precision in accordance with spa standards. Fold and elegantly redistribute supplies as required.Ensure the locker room remains immaculate, meticulously maintaining the cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, showers, and lockers.Replenish and organize stock levels, including robes, sandals, towels, bathroom amenities, and product dispensers, to provide a seamless guest experience.Discreetly and promptly manage waste removal, ensuring an impeccably maintained environment.Who You Are:Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or gym industry, preferred.Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with great organization skills.Able to stand for long periods.Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred.
