Role purpose The Installation Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a timely, professional, and efficient installation of INSIGHTEC equipment and services to customers in accordance with contractual obligations. The Installation Project Manager owns multiple deliveries and ensures the appropriate deployment of company resources to meet customer requirements in alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities Accountable for the execution and scheduling of timely onsite visits and surveys in support of our commercial team. Creation, completion, distribution, and documentation of onsite survey reports. Co-owner of CAD drawing room layouts and providing best options for future site planning. Manage, evolve, and disseminate installation documentation. Provide expert level instruction and job aides for the mechanical installation teams including OJT and remote guidance. Provide expert level instruction and job aides for calibration and testing teams including OJT and remote guidance. Schedule integration actions with appropriate OEM stakeholders. First line of support to Field Service Specialists during installations including triage and troubleshooting. Proactive communication of installation schedule, status, escalation, and turnover to key internal stakeholders. Become the liaison between service field team and HQ to identify systemic issues and implement improvements. Provide technical guidance to Architects, Device Equipment Planners, Shielding Vendors and Facilities personnel and perform detailed site walks with the customer and trades. Coordinate with regulatory agencies like NRTL, AHCA and other international accreditation services where needed. Own vendor relationships such as UL, TUV, Hilti and others involved in projects. Formalize pre-installation communications and post-installation documentation with external clients. Drive timely post-implementation documentation closures without defects. Target 75% of installs to occur within a 5-day cycle-time for field teams and 75% of installations completed in a single trip where possible. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders about opportunities to improve. Coordinate with all affected functions to ensure awareness of customer requirements and obligations for assigned programs. Maintain accurate data in appropriate data systems for project and customer management and keep Salesforce updated with statuses and milestones. Demonstrate leadership aligned with company values; other tasks may be added as the company plans evolve. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or combination of education and experience 2-3 years in a similar role, handling complex or multiple projects simultaneously Experience coordinating with facilities, supply chain, clinicians, contractors, and logistical teams within diverse customer organizations High customer awareness with proactive communication and updates Proactive and customer-focused problem-solving approach Independent and able to manage multiple projects in parallel Willing to travel up to 50% of the time Healthcare industry experience is an advantage Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering, General Business, and Project Management Industries Medical Device and Biotechnology Research #J-18808-Ljbffr
