We are uniquely positioned to help our partners reduce warehousing and transportation costs and mitigate risks.Job Summary:The HRIS Administrator non-exempt position is for an execution and customer service minded team player who has hands on trouble shooting and customer support experience with SaaS HCM systems including core HR, ATS and Payroll.Duties/Responsibilities:Work closely with internal technical teams, HR, Payroll and 3rd party services to ensure timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance is provided to all HRIS/HCM system usersProvide support for data/system errors, HR/HRIS standard operating procedures, security account creation and maintenanceEnsure data integrityPerforms additional accountabilities as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities:Thorough understanding of web-based HRIS/HCM system functions and processesStrong customer service skillsStrong understanding of Human Resource standards and practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent technical support skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCreativity, resourcefulness, and insightAdaptable to changeSelf-confident, motivated and deadline drivenAbility to work independently and part of a cross-functional teamQualifications:2 +years experience with one or more web-based HRIS, HCM - ADP preferredModerate Excel SkillsBilingual (Spanish) preferred#LI-MW2#CBCapstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a 'Critical Infrastructure Segment'.
