Role Description This position is on-site in our Westport, CT or Farmington, CT location. We are seeking a professional and highly organized Client Service Specialist to join our growing wealth management team. This individual will play a key role in supporting both client service and day-to-day office operations. Administrative & Office Management Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors promptly and professionally. Maintain office calendars and coordinate meetings for advisors. Assist with office supply orders. Client Service Support Guide clients through onboarding, account setup, and service requests with professionalism and care. Serve as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and updates. Follow up with custodians and service teams to ensure timely and accurate processing. Assist advisors with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up. Operations & Event Coordination Support daily office operations, ensuring accurate and organized records. Help schedule internal meetings, client events, and community engagement initiatives. Coordinate logistics for office events and client appreciation gatherings. Provide cross-team support to ensure consistent service across offices. Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, client service, or office coordination experience (financial services or professional services preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Advisor Engine, Salesforce, Redtail, or similar). Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
