Job Type: Part-Time

We at Waimanalo L&L are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, are able to handle cash transactions efficiently, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for our customers
Responsibilities:

Provides a pleasant and efficient customer-focused experience.
Registers meal orders on a cash register
Resolves customer issues and answers questions about menu and purchasing processes.
Contributes to inventory management.
Collects payments by accepting cash or charge payments and makes change for customers.
Verifies credit acceptance and operates credit card authorization systems.
Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shifts by following checkout procedures.
Provides pricing information to customers.
Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
Bags orders if necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well in a team or individually.
Requirements:

Customer service
Basic math skills

Food service experience a plus
