Shift Leaders are responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety. Oversees and is accountable for the operation of the store, inventory, expense control, and managing operating costs and waste.
Shift Leader Duties include:
Leading a staff of 8+
Managing staff to perform all duties satisfactory in keeping with Kincaid's standards
Maintaining a clean store
Regular use of POS and inventory control systems
Adhering to all Kincaid's recipe and food quality standards
Building relationships with customers
Job Requirements
You must be a leader and a people person to be hired at Kincaid's. We cannot stress enough the importance of great customer service. Our customers are the only reason we have been around for over 75 years and they always expect high quality food with a smile. Being comfortable and able to build relationships and serve our customers only the best is the single biggest job requirement.
