Lead a team of Python developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications leveraging AWS services.

Architect and develop scalable, secure, and reliable solutions on the AWS cloud, utilizing services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, etc.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and drive the implementation of solutions.

Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Participate in architectural discussions, proposing solutions, and evaluating trade-offs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Extensive experience as a Python developer, with a deep understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem.

Proven track record of designing and building scalable, distributed systems on the AWS platform.

Strong expertise in AWS services, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures.

Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Education: Bachelors Degree
