Teal's Market in Lisbon, ND, seeks a dedicated, Shift Manager to join our team. Assign tasks to associates and ensure smooth shift operations Coordinate replacements for absent team members Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints Maintain a clean and organized storefront Perform cashier and personal shopping duties as needed Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with service Promote specials, sales, and the Teal's Market App Manage cash intake and reconcile registers at the end of shifts Communicate with the store manager regarding customer concerns, associate issues, and other significant matters Sign for deliveries and assist with inventory management Adhere to and enforce company policies and guidelines Assist in associate training and onboarding Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Authoritative but fair leadership qualities Friendly and calm demeanor Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well with a team Comfortable handling and counting money Ability to provide clear instructions to associates Efficient and strong time-management skills Capable of lifting and moving boxes Benefits
