As part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, the therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy, serving as a therapeutic advocate and change agent for our clients. As part of their clinical duties, the ideal candidate will develop and implement trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate treatment strategies utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.Program ContextOur IOP and PHP services provide intensive, structured mental health treatment that bridges the gap between traditional outpatient care and inpatient hospitalization.
