Position Overview: As a Culinary Craftsman, you'll be the culinary mastermind behind our menu, transforming fresh, high-quality ingredients into delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. From breakfast bites to savory sandwiches and sweet treats, you'll showcase your culinary prowess and attention to detail with every plate you prepare, elevating the CoffeeCo dining experience to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, following recipes and culinary standards to ensure exceptional quality and flavor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food storage, sanitation practices, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to plan and execute menu offerings, contributing creative ideas and suggestions for seasonal specials and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  • Uphold CoffeeCo's commitment to excellence in food presentation and service, paying meticulous attention to detail in plating and garnishing dishes.
  • Flexibility to work in different stations of the kitchen as needed, adapting to changing priorities and contributing to the overall success of the culinary team.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a cook or in a culinary role is preferred.
  • A passion for cooking and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
