As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of nursing care. As an Assistant Director of Nursing (off-shift), you will oversee nursing operations during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and the smooth functioning of nursing units. You'll provide leadership and support to nursing staff, coordinate patient care activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Licensure:
Current license and registration as a nurse.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with staff.
Recruitment:
Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes to support staffing needs.
Experience:
Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting is required.
Preferred:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
