You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members Part-Time Evening and Casual Weekend Evening Shifts AvailableThe ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers and Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.Have current North Dakota CMA license.Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfactionPossess a high school diploma or equivalentBe willing to obtain CPR/First Aid CertificationHave a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environmentProvide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend's Approach to dementia carePossess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentialityBe able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
