**Description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:**
* **General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.**
* **Sweep, and mop floors.**
* **Cleaning restrooms in the Plant**
* **Cleaning and stock restrooms in the Plant and Office**
* **Ensure doors are locked after hours.**
* **Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.**
* **Perform minor repairs.**
* **Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.**
* **Collect and dispose of trash in the plant and break room**
* **Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.**
* **Keep cleaning supplies in stock.**
**A**
* **Ability to manage your time efficiently.**
* **Work well when supervisors are not present.**
* **Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.**
* **Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.**
* **High school diploma.**
* **Able to use basic cleaning equipment.**
**Physical Demands include, but are not limited to:**
* **Must be physically able to perform work assigned.**
* **Must be physically capable of accessing all plant locations.**
* **Will be working at times in covered environment or in an outside environment.**
* **The employee will be exposed to the following working conditions: Extreme Heat and Cold, Noise, Vibration, Oils, and Atmospheric Conditions such as Dust, Fumes, and Particles.**
* **The employee will be required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing and sitting.**
* **Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds as needed.**
