Sales Associate Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Complete POS transactions and create a memorable experience with each guest during your scheduled shift
  • Maintain proper stock levels, flow of patients, and cleanliness of your workstation
  • Follow all guidelines to meet the company's standards of operations and maintain compliance
  • Create and promote brand loyalty with each patient
  • Create a positive work environment, upsell
  • Accurately weigh, package, and label each product sold
  • Cover other positions as needed
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively and within compliance standards
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Valid Support badge from MED
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior cannabis industry experience a plus
  • Cash handling experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Point of Sale experience
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
  • Ability to work 7 days per week including holidays, days, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
  • Exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides in the grow facility or greenhouse
  • General office environment
  • Extended computer usage
  • Extended phone usage including teleconferences
  • Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, noise, protective gear, vibrations, and water
