The Supervisor is responsible to develop a system of patient care that is aligned with the triple aim (excellent patient experience, strong health care outcomes, and cost effective care delivery), supporting the culture of Providence (including a significant emphasis on patient experience), and implementing services aligned with the principles of a High Reliability system. Work closely with the Executive Team, Medical Directors and Site Leadership to coordinate resources, ensure training and direction, and measure & report outcomes of safe care delivery.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
