Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:

• Manage Accounts Receivable by accurately posting transactions and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Facilitate light collections efforts to ensure timely payments from clients.
• Efficiently generate invoices tailored to each client's specifications.
• Utilize scanning technology to digitize and organize essential documents within the accounting system.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to streamline billing processes and address any discrepancies or inquiries

Preferred Experience for the Billing Specialist:

• Proven general accounting experience (1 - 2 years)
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and various functions to produce accurate reporting#INMAR2024
