  • Utilizing data analytics and BI tools to gather insights, track key metrics, and make informed decisions to improve product performance.
  • Regularly developing and providing analytics and KPI reports to leadership.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including partners and internal teams, to gather requirements and solicit feedback throughout the product life cycle.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert, representing products internally and externally through presentations, demos, webinars, and other channels as needed.

  • Strong technical expertise with data platform products in healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Understanding of data science methodologies, machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and experiment design.

  • Extensive experience in leading the product development efforts and crafting strategic roadmaps from conception to execution.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in product development and deployment.
  • Ability to drive momentum and execution in an ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology solutions.

  • 8-10 years of experience in technical product management at high-growth healthcare or health technology companies
  • Data platform experience
  • Demonstrated experience with specific Electronic Medical Record applications like Epic
