Compensation:

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,500+
    • Miles Pay: 59.2 CPM with 2,000+ miles per week
    • 55+ hours per week
  • Bonuses
    • Safety Bonus: $2,000 per year
    • Unlimited driver referral bonuses
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

  • Home Time: Home multiple days weekly
    • 2-3 nightsout per week
  • Schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
  • Early to mid-morning dispatch
  • Route: ID, NV, OR & WA
  • No Touch - Beverages

Equipment:

  • Trucks are 36 months or newer
  • Sleeper, Dry van, 53'
  • 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid CDL A License
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
    • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
    • 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR
    • 5 years experience within the last 10 years
  • Hazmat - Within 30-60 Days of Hire
    • Ryder will Reimburse Cost and Provide Training to Obtain Endorsements
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
  • Must live within 30 miles of Fruitland, ID
