We are MultiPlan and we are where bright people come to shineJOB SUMMARY: As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining reports on Tableau Server, including bug fixes, increasing performance of workbooks, and gathering and implementing feedback on any modifications needed.JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Tableau dashboards and reports to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives2. Support performance, quality, and improvement efforts to help streamline processes through data analysis and visualization3. Evaluate dashboard quality, consistency, usability, and reliability by documenting and applying best practices to design and development4. Communicate with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements and describe data modeling decisions and data visualization strategy5. Assist in Tableau Site Management including deployments and user and group management6. Utilize SQL, and/or Python in data analytics to collect, understand, transform, cleanse, store, and share data in a privacy-preserving way7. Assist in testing, governance, data quality, training, and documentation efforts8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.11.
