* Provides care to patient and family care that progresses them towards self-identified, holistic, and individualized goals.
* Performs nursing process through individualized assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe, therapeutic, efficient care for patients.
* Promotes quality outcomes.
* Collaborates or seeks additional resources as needed in the management of complex, new/unusual, or other high-risk clinical situations.
* Serves as patient and family advocate in ensuring excellent and satisfying care.
*Requirements*
* At least 3-year recent RN experience working in RN role.
* At least 2-year recent RN experience working in a specialty area.
*Required Licenses & Certifications*
* ACLS - AHA
* BLS - AHA
* CA RN
* MAB or CPI Certification
