Marketing Director

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Director located in Muskegon, MI with primarily remote work. The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities for our clients, from market research and planning to implementing campaigns and measuring results. While most of the work will be remote, there will be the need for regular in-person meetings as well. Qualifications Must live near Muskegon, MI Market Planning and Marketing Management skills Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements Develop marketing strategies and plans to meet client objectives Create, manage, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns Ability to work with cross-function teams and stakeholders Ability to plan and manage media buying for advertising in print, digital, and outdoor media Google Docs proficiency Social Media management skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field Experience in the B2B and B2C markets is a plus Experience working in a marketing agency a plus Experience in Market Research is a plus Adobe Creative Suite software proficiency is a plus Compensation Salary and other compensation is negotiable based on experience Full benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays.
