Experience providing training and coaching
Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies
Proficient with the Prosci ADKAR Model
Demonstrated knowledge/understanding/exposure to Continuous Improvement concepts such as PMO, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, MRP, ERP, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, etc
Familiar with and implemented Safety Management Systems
Proficient to expert level with Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Organized, disciplined, and motivated to succeed
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing project environment
