Job Title

IT Recruiter

Duties & Responsibilities

Create and maintain network of candidates Source and identify candidates using various job boards for client needs Identify niche skill candidates based on job specifications Initiate contact with new candidates via phone and e-mail Discuss the job requirements with candidates Conduct phone screens to qualify candidates for open positions Interview candidates to ensure culture and skill set fit Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to document recruiting and hiring activities Review and format resumes for client submittal Negotiate compensation to include salary or hourly pay and communicate benefits Schedule client interviews and conduct reference checks Develop sales skills during this time in preparation for potential sales/account manager promotion Represent our company’s services to the best of your ability Maintain contact with employees after successful placement Meet weekly/monthly/annual metrics

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience Proficient knowledge of G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat 1-2+ years of sales and/or agency recruiting experience in a goal-driven environment strongly preferred but not required Experience in phone sales is preferred Ability to work in the U.S. for any employer Ability to meet onboarding requirements including a background check and drug screening
