More than half of our job openings are filled by internal promotion, and we encourage employees to gain a variety of experiences across different functional groups.Job DescriptionPay Rate: $16.10 per hour.The work of a Utility Person-Tray Pack and W&P with Foster Farms is performed in a poultry processing facility involved primarily in the production of turkey and associated turkey products. The position requires the employee to perform numerous job task for the department such as placing, grading and racking turkey product. Employee is also responsible by ordering all the supplies for the production from warehouse in timely manner, maintain and organize material inventory, set up and supply the lines, put away supplies at the end of shift, perform housekeeping and sanitation of the department and processing equipment using high pressure hose.
