Head of IT

Your role involves:

1. Overseeing our organization's technology SAP ERP, POS, Infrastructure managing our IT department, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT operations.
2. Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translating them into viable IT Digital implementation.
3. Serving as the key business contact representing IT in designing IT strategy/digitalization to improve business outcomes.
4. Leading IT project implementation, milestone planning, risk management, and etc.
5. Planning and managing IT budget (Capex and Opex).
6. Reviewing and maintaining IT policies.

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure (Servers and networks) and application (POS, ERP / SAP). Proven track record in IT strategy is required for this role. At least 3 years of experience is required for this role. You would have at least 5 years of experience managing a team. Candidates with exposure to SAP ERP will be of added advantage and not a key requirement.
