  • Motivate the sales team to reach monthly unit goals and achieve award-winning customer survey metrics.
  • Monitor the sales team with accountability coaching through daily/weekly check-ins, and time spent with salespersons in BDC.
  • Train 90-day hires, Reduce sales team turnover through mentorship.
  • Communicate sales events, OEM programs, and inventory challenges to sales team.
  • Collaborate with Managers to achieve the final month's goals, to build profitable deals, to support our sales team, and to create a smooth transition for customers from sales to finance.
  • Assist the General Sales Manager with the tactful management of high-expectation customers. Take ownership for the resolutions to customer service concerns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
