You will leverage your strong accounting skills to perform a variety of tasks, including:Maintaining the general ledger: This includes processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.Job costing functions: You will be responsible for accurately tracking project costs, analyzing variances, and providing valuable insights to improve profitability.Assisting with month-end close: You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient month-end closing process, meeting all deadlines.Preparing financial statements: The Senior Accountant will assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.Analyzing financial data: You will leverage your analytical skills to identify trends, generate reports, and provide valuable financial insights to support informed decision-making.Internal controls: The Senior Accountant will contribute to maintaining strong internal controls by adhering to accounting best practices and identifying potential risks.Supporting the accounting team: You will collaborate effectively with other accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.The Ideal Candidate:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred).Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Proven experience with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Accountant seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply#LI-KE1Click here to apply online
