Job Summary
Black Rifle Coffee Company is experiencing explosive growth. We are seeking to hire Team Members/Baristas who contribute to our success by providing world-class service to our customers. Responsibilities include providing our customers with quality products, efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized store, all while displaying a courteous service attitude. As a Brew Crew Member at Black Rifle Coffee Company, you will be the front-line leader who ensures our operations run smoothly during your assigned shift. You'll assist the General Manager by leading a motivated team, delivering top-notch customer service, managing inventory, and creating an environment where both customers and employees thrive.

This role is perfect for someone who's enjoys being hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain focus on our mission and purpose, ensuring success for the company, store, and individuals.
• Deliver high-quality beverages, retail items, and food products, adhering to all health, safety, and recipe standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully operational, promptly reporting any maintenance needs.
• Proactively anticipate the needs of both customers and the store based on cues and environment.
• Communicate productively with team members and management, assist with training new team members, and contribute to a positive team environment and culture.
• Act with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment, embodying the culture and mission of Black Rifle Coffee Company.
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and health and safety regulations.
• Celebrate team and individual achievements, reinforcing store morale and our culture.
• Always maintain a calm demeanor and a customer-first attitude.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Previous experience as a barista or server is desirable
• Willingness to learn new and innovative coffee techniques and equipment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to gauge customers' preferences
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
