Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify client needs and provide technical solutions using HubSpot's, Apollo's, and ZoomInfo's suite of products.
Develop and execute implementation plans for HubSpot's, Apollo's, and ZoomInfo's products, including configuring and customizing solutions to meet clients' unique requirements.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for clients and prospects.
Provide ongoing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensure the successful integration of products with clients' existing systems and tools.
Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot, Apollo, and ZoomInfo product updates and features, and provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients
Contribute to the development of technical resources, including product documentation, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in custom CRM configuration, software development, or web development
Experience in a range of custom integration solutions with enterprise-level CRM and ERP platforms, like Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, and SAP.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience in project management and knowledge of agile principles is highly regarded.
