The Marketing Specialist supports the development and maintenance of marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals across four strategic business units (SBUs) and contributes to the management of diverse marketing endeavors encompassing advertising, public relations, promotions, and branding initiatives. The responsibilities include trade shows, conferences, email and social media campaigns, advertising, promotional products, philanthropic efforts, and a range of additional activities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing manager to oversee and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Craft compelling marketing copy for websites, email advertising, social media campaigns, videos, and case studies aligned with strategic marketing pillars.
Assist in the development and distribution of press releases across multiple outlets.
Assist in the management of inbound marketing tools.
Help coordinate a variety of events, including trade shows, partner conferences, customer-focused initiatives, and internal meetings.
Monitor and analyze customer insights, current market landscapes, and competitor trends.
Track ongoing marketing campaigns and strategize improvements for optimized outcomes.
Engage with vendors and marketing partners as needed and cultivate relationships with media and advertising platforms.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience and results in marketing roles.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Experience in implementing and managing social media platforms.
A passion for event planning and trade show coordination.
Preferred proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Cloud. Having experience in HubSpot Marketing is a plus.
