to support a federal government client. Description: Conducts research and analysis of foreign economic structures and how they support their military industrial complexes. Performs analysis of economic health of foreign states and non-states and help determine the true level of defense spending and financial ability for and sustain military operations. Performs research and analysis to determine potential economic leverage points and vulnerabilities of foreign economies. Conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis, and uses scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products, enabling more informed analytic decisions. Proactively retrieves information from various sources, analyzes it for better understanding about the data set, and builds AI tools that automate certain processes. Duties typically include creating various ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems. Performs statistical analysis, applies data mining techniques, and builds high quality prediction systems. Should be skilled in data visualization and use of graphical applications, including Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau major data science languages, such as R and Python managing and merging of disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL statistical analysis and data mining algorithms. Should have prior experience with large data multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics. Must provide a task manager and program management support to the overall performance of the work in (Due Diligent Unit (DDU). This person must coordinate directly with the PM and (Due Diligent Unit (DDU) Deputy Chiefs for performance planning, training, targets, and results. Meet time-sensitive/routine, internal and external RFIs requiring OSINT collection/reporting for the Central Region, and close-hold requirements. Demonstrate value of OSINT through a quality, focused, and relevant product line. Engage with community OSINT representatives to maximize support to analytical processes. Respond to surge requirements, as required. Engage with collection managers to make certain they are submitting requirements into OSCAR so valid CENTCOM requirements are documented. Support programmatic actions to field, develop, and sustain CENTCOM OSINT tools/technology. Play active role, as appropriate, in shaping systems/applications development for IC enterprise. Train and educate all-source analysts on OSINT systems. Represent CENTCOM OSINT interests in meetings, working groups, and conferences at the COCOM, agency, service, and national level over this evaluation period. Effectively engage with J2 analysts, branch analysts, leadership, Open Source Enterprise, and other IC mission partners regarding satisfaction of intelligence requirements and analytical collaboration. Promote OSINT awareness to COCOM action officers and leadership. Job Requirements 8 years of experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or mergers and acquisitions. 8 years of experience in applying analytical standards to business intelligence, and security or intelligence data. 8 years of experience using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g. Marigold, Panjiva, Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, BVD, PitchBook, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, etc.). 8 years of experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommended solutions. 8 years experience with commercial business logistics, supply, and budgeting data systems, including but not limited to: One Note, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel, capable of performing data analytics, operations tracking, forecasting and operations reporting. 8 years experience conducting data collection and analysis, budget execution tracking, and operations analysis, tracking and reporting. 8 years experience in data analytics, inputting data into Microsoft Access data bases or comparable Systems of Record, tracking and analyzing data inputs, and capable of producing reports or depict key data in reporting slides on request. Proficient in developing tools to display operational travel strategies to optimize available resources to accomplish security inspections nationwide, accessing National Industrial Security System (NISS) National Toolkit, creating AA&E (ACAGE) profiles in NISS, and retrieving, analyzing, creating reports, and updating information to reconcile NISS with ACCESS data base. 8 years experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques. Must be knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages. 8 years experience in Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions. 8 years experience in Ability and skill in communicating verbally and in writing. 8 years experience in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings. 8 years experience in navigating technology effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools, etc.) Must complete DCSA annual training within the mandated timelines within the Security Training Education and Professionalization Portal (STEPP). The following training is required for onsite Contractor personnel. Desired education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, security, intelligence, or related field. Security Clearance: Security clearance required TS/SCI.
