Job description Full-time Program Specialist with The Arc of York & Adams Counties' Agency With Choice Program. The position is mainly administrative and will be based out of our York office except when offsite meetings occur. Tasks may include working waiver budgets, data entry, filing, chart reviews, payroll, orienting the direct care staff, and attending ISP and Critical Revision meetings as needed. Typically, but not limited to M-F, 8 am-4 pm, some evening hours may be required occasionally. *****$ 1,000 sign-on bonus.***** Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office programs. High school diploma or GED required. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass all background checks. Must be able to work independently. At least one year of office/Admin Assisting experience is preferred. Experience working with intellectually/developmentally delayed individuals is helpful but not necessary. Adequate math skills are required.
