Family Medicine Opportunity: Watertown, NY - Located 70m to Syracuse, 50m to Canadian border Position Details - Full-time- Academic opportunity- Accepts J1 & H1B Visas- Hospital employed, join a network of primary care providers (physicians and advanced practice professionals) offering a wide spectrum of patient care in the outpatient setting- Seven established clinics in and nearby city of Watertown- Physician position at one designated location- No call- Hospitalist service takes hospital admissions- Catchment population: 250,000- Large network of specialty services making patient referrals convenient and efficient- Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division- Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs- A very appreciative patient population offers a professionally rewarding career Package Highlights: - Annual salary: $285,000, plus a WRVU productivity model- Signing bonus: $50,000- Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year- Relocation reimbursement: $15,000- National Health Service Corp (NHSC) approved position- Outpatient exclusive- Flex schedule options- A generous benefits package Qualifications: - Holds Board Certification with the American Board (or Osteopathic) Board of Family Medicine, or actively in process- Values patient-centered care and has desire to work within a team model- Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills- Enthusiastic and motivated to provide the best possible care and outcomes Location In Northern New York, there are no trade-offs.
