Bend Dermatology Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a thriving multisite practice serving Bend, Redmond, and the greater Central Oregon region.About the Opportunity General medical dermatology with the ability to tailor procedural mix and cosmetics optional Rotate across 2 Bend clinic locations with MAs for support Minimum 30 patients per day, with the option for higher volumes - you choose Extensive patient backlog ensures your schedule is full from day one Dedicated MAs and supportive clinic staff Outstanding internal referral network Compensation & Benefits $400,000+ guaranteed first-year salary floor based on experience Generous tiered collections model with significant long-term upside Sign-on bonus Relocation reimbursement 16-20 days PTO + holidays CME time and stipend Full health, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice coverage Why Bend?
